    Hey Coffee,I think it is some frozen dessert,probably made of either raspberries, or tomatoes..carrot juice?OK I think I have listed all the orange coloured foods that came into my mind now..lest see how I fare :wink:

    after a long time i took time to visit yummy recipes of my buddies around here, and what i saw here… no recipe , just a very tempting pic…. now share the recipe of it soon, looks something very cool!
    b4 guessing let me tell u whatever it is , i love the color of that :)) .
    i think its something which is made up of milk/cream and carrot.
    and you cubed it in ice try i guess. am i right?

    I love your blog.. so far I have made the stuffed dal dhokli and the tuvar khichadi from your blog and I have loved both these recipes.. thank u so much.. I have a request for recipe.. the most famous undiyo..I love it, but don’t know how to make..I saw two versions: with coconut and without coconut online, but don’t know which is the authentic one.. can u please post this recipe here?

    Oh btw, my guess too is cantaloupe sorbet?

    Hi Annisha. :) Glad you liked them and appreciate you letting me know about it. :)
    The ways of making Undhya are umpteen……. They say that undhya can be made in as many different ways as the number of houses making them. :) With coconut is surely very authentic!!! :)
    I will try to post it but the season of undhya is around winter. The veggies used in it come only around that time. :) I will surely try to post the recipe this winter and if I get all the things before that then I will post it very soon! :)

    I assume i have 3 chances ;)
    1) Groundnut/Cocunut fudge (Shengdana chikki).. the one we get in lonavla :smile:
    2) some stuff with Oranges .. since AFAM this month is orange :lol:
    3) No idea.. out of guesses now :grin:
