Pickles

Pickles have been a part of our ancient culinary art of preserving foods in salt brine. Cultures across the globe have tinkered with pickling recipes to make dishes spanning the gamut of tastes.

Wipe it off with any of your comfort foods and you will never ask for more! Smile

In this months theme of “Preserve it!” I had about 20 entries of pickles out of which 9 were Manisha’s No Oil Lemon Pickle!!! The simplicity of the pickle…. minus the oil (which most pickles are laden with)….. and easy steps explained by her with such clarity wooed so many to try it out! Manisha, I think you will even clarify for the Guinness records  Wink.
